Shopping with Positivity Juice

These terms apply to purchases from positivityjuice.shop. Positivity Juice uses Shopify to provide this online store. Please read the product description and the policies linked below before ordering.

Products and orders

Product pages describe the item, available options, price and delivery format. Please check your size, shipping address and email address before completing checkout. Taxes and delivery charges, when applicable, are shown at checkout. An order confirmation records the order we received. If an item cannot be supplied or an error affects your order, we will contact you to resolve it or arrange a refund for the unavailable item.

Made to order apparel

Our tees are made to order. Colors can vary slightly between screens and the printed item. Use the measurements on the product page to choose your size. Production and delivery estimates are explained in our shipping policy. Returns and defective items are covered by our return and refund policy.

Digital downloads

Digital products are delivered electronically, not as physical goods. Check the product page for the file format and instructions. Keep your download email and contact us if you cannot access your purchase. Unless a product expressly states otherwise, downloads are for personal use. You may personalize and send individual messages from 100 Messages to people you care about, but may not resell or redistribute the collection or its files.

Subscriptions and order changes

A one time purchase does not enroll you in a subscription. Any recurring purchase must clearly show its price and billing frequency at checkout. See our purchase cancellation policy for cancellation instructions. Contact us promptly if you need an order changed; changes may no longer be possible once production or fulfillment begins.

Using the store

Provide accurate order information and use the store lawfully. Do not attempt to disrupt the store, access another customer’s information or copy our artwork for resale. Our encouragement content is for general inspiration and does not replace professional medical or mental health care.

Privacy and customer rights

Our privacy policy explains how information is handled. Nothing in these terms removes rights or remedies that applicable consumer law provides. If a policy conflicts with a mandatory consumer right, that right applies.
